For Business Pages
Reasons why the page may not appear in the destination menu:
1. You're not an admin.
Make sure the Facebook profile connected to your BeLive account has admin rights on that particular page.
2. The app needs to be reinstalled.

1. You're not an admin.
Make sure the Facebook profile connected to your BeLive account has admin rights on that particular group.
2. The BeLive app is not added to the group.
