To transfer your paid subscription to another account, follow these steps:
- Start a Free Trial on be.live with the new account you wish to transfer your subscription to.
- Contact Support from the account with a paid subscription and provide the name and user ID of the new account. To locate user ID, visit belive.tv and go to 'My Profile':

Other things to know
- We can only transfer paid subscriptions. Broadcasts and customization are connected to a particular Be.Live account and therefore will not be transferred to the new one.
- The process takes up to 14 business days to complete.
- If you are not the owner of the account, kindly provide an invoice for a past payment or transaction ID for verification and confirmation purposes.
